QMate takes no commission. The service fee is paid by the customer on top of what you charge, so the number you set is the number you are owed.

Zero commission,
not "low" commission
Most marketplaces take a cut of what you earn and call it a partnership. We replaced ours with a fee the customer pays. On a $12 package you are owed $12 — not $9.60.
At launch the scarce side of this marketplace is gamers, not customers. This is us pricing that honestly.
The customer pays $13.10. The $1.10 difference is QMate's fee, not yours.
Four steps to your first booking
Apply
Download the app, make an account, and switch on gamer mode to apply.
Verify your rank
Submit proof for the game you want to sell. A person reviews it against the real ladder.
Build your packages
Name them, price them, and see exactly what the customer will be shown before you publish.
Go online
Requests only reach you while you are online. Turn it off and they stop.
Weekly, on Mondays
Earnings move through three states: pending while a session is still inside its confirmation window, available once it has settled, then paid out in the weekly batch.
There is no wallet and no instant withdrawal button, and that is deliberate. Chargebacks, disputes and no-shows all land after a session ends. Paying out instantly would mean clawing money back from gamers later, which is worse for you than waiting a few days.
Unconfirmed sessions settle on their own after six hours, so nothing sits pending indefinitely.
What we do for you
No-shows are paid
If a customer books you and never turns up, you held that slot. You are compensated for it rather than left with nothing.
Disputes are reviewed
A customer cannot claw back a session by asserting it went badly. Your check-in record is part of the evidence, and a person decides.
Nothing auto-completes against you
The six-hour window works in your favour too — a customer who never confirms cannot hold your earnings hostage.
