No subscription, no credits, no minimum. You pay for sessions, and you see every part of the price before you agree to it.
QMate does not set rates. Gamers price their own packages, and most land in one of three bands.
A game or two with someone a rank or so above you. The most common booking on the platform.
A longer session, or a higher-ranked gamer. Coaching packages usually sit here.
Extended sessions and the top of the ladder. Priced by the gamer, not capped by us.
QMate charges a service fee on top of the gamer's rate. It is $1.00 on sessions up to $10, and 5% of whatever the rate is above that.
It is not deducted from the gamer. A $12 package pays the gamer $12 and costs you $13.10.
The fee is not flat because the costs behind it are not flat — payment processing, refund exposure and chargeback risk all scale with the size of the booking.
| Gamer's rate | Service fee | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| $3.00 | $1.00 | $4.00 |
| $5.00 | $1.00 | $6.00 |
| $10.00 | $1.00 | $11.00 |
| $15.00 | $1.25 | $16.25 |
| $20.00 | $1.50 | $21.50 |
| $50.00 | $3.00 | $53.00 |
All amounts in US dollars.
